| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清COX-2与MMP-9的表达及其意义。方法采用ELISA法检测乳腺癌组30例,乳腺良性病变组23例,健康对照组20例血清中COX-2与MMP-9的水平。结果 （1）乳腺癌组血清COX-2水平高于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,乳腺癌组血清MMP-9也高于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,两者在3组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）两者联合检测对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度为91.3%,特异度为75.2%。结论血清COX-2与MMP-9的水平在一定程度上反映了乳腺癌的生物学特性;两者联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度,对乳腺癌的辅助诊断可能有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss expression and significance of serum COX-2 and MMP-9 of breast cancer patients.Methods Detecting serum COX-2 and MMP-9 levels from 30 cases of breast cancer group,23 cases of benign breast lesions group and 20 cases of healthy control group.Results(1) The level of serum COX-2 and MMP-9 of breast cancer group is higher than the level of benign breast lesions group and healthy control group.Both in three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The two combined detection diagnostic sensitivity of breast cancer was 91.3%,specificity was 75.2%.Conclusion The level of serum COX-2 and MMP-9 reflects the biological characteristics of breast cancer in a certain extent.Both united detection can improve the sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis. |
