医院信息化平台建设需求的调研

目的为了适应医疗卫生行业发展的需要,建设医院信息资源数字化应用平台,改变信息服务模式,实现信息共享。方法通过问卷调查北京某医院各类用户的信息需求并进行分析,确定信息资源数字化应用平台的内容并进行建设。结果被调查人员主要以医师为主,占被调查人员总数的62.86%,各类人员的信息需求内容,比例最大的是文献数据库的需求,占需求总数的40%;希望通过网络得到病案相关信息的人员占17.78%。结论医院信息资源数字化应用平台的推广应用可使信息资源得到充分共享,方便了医务人员查找信息,提高了工作效率,节约了大量的人力、物力。

The Investigation of Construction Demand of Hospital Information Platform

Objective Constructing hospital information resources digitization application platform,changing the information service mode,realizing Information Share,in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the healthcare industry.Methods Analyzing all kinds of user’s information needs in a Beijing hospital through questionnaire.Build information resources digital application platform.Results The persons being investigated are physicians,accounting for 62.86% of the total number of the persons being investigated.The largest number of document database is the demand,accounting for 40% of the total demand.The persons hoping that through the network to get the relevant information of medical record account for 17.78%.Conclusion The popularization and application of the hospital information resources digitized application platform can make the information resources fully sharing,help looking for information,raise the working efficiency and save a lot of manpower and material resources.
