探讨植入人工心脏起搏器的编码

目的交流植入人工心脏起搏器的疾病与手术分类编码的体会。方法学习人工心脏起搏器的相关医学知识,结合我院近5年来植入人工心脏起搏器的268例病例,应用国际疾病分类ICD-10与新版ICD-9-CM-3的工具书查找心脏起搏器的疾病与手术编码。结果对人工心脏起搏器的类型和植入方法有了进一步认识,已安装人工心脏起搏器的编码是Z95.0,更换脉冲发生器的编码是Z45.0,起搏器植入引起并发症的编码是T82.9。结论编码员应主动学习相关医学知识,提高自身的编码水平,才能正确进行疾病与手术分类。

Discussion of Coding Heart Pacemakers Implantation

Objective To exchange the experience of classification and coding of diseases and surgical in implantable artificial heart pacemaker.Methods By studying the knowledge of artificial cardiac pacemakers,researching nearly five years 268 pacemaker implant cases in our hospital,the disease and surgical coding of pacemaker is checked according to ICD-10 and ICD-9-CM-3.Results A better understand of the type and implante method of artificial cardiac pacemakers could be got.The code of patients who had installed artificial heart pacemaker is Z95.0,who had changed artificial heart pacemaker is Z45.0,and who had complications because of installed artificial heart pacemaker is T82.9.Conclusion Coders should take the initiative to learn the relevant medical knowledge,improve their own coding standards,and classify of diseases and surgery correctly.
