摘    要:目的探索医院病案质量控制与评价体系中Web2.0技术的应用,实现病案质控的信息效益。方法引入Web2.0技术的Wiki、SNS、RSS多个元素,将病案质控的各个要素、角色、流程纳入"医院病案质量控制与评价平台"。结果基本实现"全员"参与质控、"全过程"的质量教育和"全天候"的病案信息综合服务,减轻人力成本,提高质控的准确性,提升了医院病案质量和病案的内涵质量。结论基于Web2.0技术的"医院病案质量控制与评价平台"建设方案投资小、周期短,兼备实名和匿名等优势,达到质量管理功能的整体升级,是一种更科学、更合理的新型病案质控模式。

Abstract:Objectives This paper discusses the application of Web2.0 technology in system of medical record quality control and evaluation of hospital for achieving information benefit of medical records quality control.Methods By introducing elements like Wiki,SNS,RSS of Web2.0 technology,we bring elements,roles and process of medical records quality control into hospital medical records quality control and evaluation platform.Results It basically achieves all the people take part in quality control,the-whole-process quality education and information comprehensive service of medical records all day long,for human resource cost reduction,improvement of quality control accuracy and medical records quality and connotation quality.Conclusions It is a more scientific and more reasonable new type of medical records quality control mode,because of its small investment,short period and advantages of real name and anonymous name that achieves the whole update of quality management function.
