国外药品不良反应监测研究概述

目的:回顾国外尤其是西方发达国家近10年在药品不良反应(ADR)监测领域的学术研究,为研究如何完善我国ADR监测体系提供借鉴.方法:通过文献研究与分析归纳法,总结国外在ADR监测领域的主要研究成果.结果与结论:国际ADR监测领域研究成果主要集中在对ADR信息的有限性、药物警戒信息处理中尚存在哪些无法解决的问题、药物警戒面临的来自公众的挑战、不同ADR监测方法的优缺点比较、以及ADR监管完善策略等方面的探讨,我国学者可在相关领域进行研究借鉴.

An Outline of ADR Monitoring Studies in Foreign Countries

Objective：To review the academic studies on ADR monitoring in foreign countries in the latest decade so as to provide useful reference to improve the ADR monitoring system in China.Methods：To review and summarize the main findings in the area of ADR monitoring in foreign countries by literature study,analysis and inductive methods.Results and Conclusion：The achievements obtained from the international studies on ADR monitoring mainly focused on the following issues,such as the lack of ADR data,problems to be solved in the information processing on pharmacovigilance,challenges from the public on pharmacovigilance,advantages and disadvantages of different ADR monitoring methods,and the strategies to improve ADR monitoring.Reference and experiences were provided for Chinese researchers from these studies.
