门诊患者使用留置针存在问题的分析

目的针对门诊输液患者使用外周静脉留置针后出现的问题,分析问题产生原因,总结合适的护理方法,提高留置针在门诊输液中使用的有效性和安全性。方法对使用留置针的门诊患者进行调查,了解患者使用后出现的问题,并将问题进行归纳、分析。结果 76例使用留置针的门诊患者接受调查,患者使用中认为肢体活动受影响（40例）,担心使用安全（53例）,出现固定不牢（43例）,其中在担心使用安全上,初次使用与以往用过留置针的患者有差异（P〈0.05）;夏季出现影响肢体活动和固定不牢现象更为明显（P〈0.05）。分析原因一方面是对门诊患者进行留置针的宣教不够,另一方面在穿刺部位和固定方法上有待改进。结论要提高门诊外周静脉留置针使用的有效性和安全性,需加强门诊患者留置针的健康宣教,护士应根据患者自身情况在穿刺部位和固定方法上不断改进。

An Analysis on the Existing Problems of Outpatient using Indwelling Needle

Objectives Aiming at the problems after using peripheral vein indwelling needle of outpatient,this paper analyzes the reasons and summarizes suitable nursing methods for improving the effectiveness and safety when using indwelling needle in outpatient department infusion.Methods It had an investigation on outpatients who used indwelling needle to know about the problems after that and gave induction and analysis.Results 76 outpatients who used indwelling needle are investigated,who thought limbs activity were affected when using(40 cases),concerned about the use safety(53 cases),infirmly fixation(43 cases);there is differences between first use and previous use patients at the use safety(P<0.05);at summer,the phenomenon of affecting limbs activity and infirmly fixation are more obvious(P<0.05).On one hand,the reasons of that is not enough propaganda of using indwelling needle to outpatients;on the other hand,there still needs to improve about the puncture position and fixation methods.Conclusions To improve the effectiveness and safety of peripheral vein indwelling needle use in outpatient department,we should strengthen health propaganda about using indwelling needle for outpatients;nurses should continually improve puncture position and fixation methods according to patients’ situation.
