| 摘 要： | 通过近年来对药学服务模式的探索实践,在完成传统的药品保障、调配等工作以外,我院建立了全程化药学服务、临床药学及药学监护体系,切实提高了医院的合理用药水平,并为我国药学服务模式的发展创新提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Through the exploration and practice on the pharmacy service mode in recent years,integrated pharmaceutical service, clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care system were established. In addition to the routine work such as drug security and deployment,the level of rational use of drugs in our hospital was improved and reference was provided for the development and innovation of pharmaceutical service mode in our country. |
