| 摘 要： | 目的提高医务工作者对病案信息管理重要性的认识,提升病案信息管理水平。方法分析病案信息管理现状及存在的问题,查找影响病案信息管理水平的原因。结果医务人员的病案信息质量意识、监督管理措施、新技术应用、标准化管理是影响病案信息管理水平的因素。结论加强病案信息质量意识的培养、重视病案信息质量管理流程的建设、创新管理方法可有效提高病案信息管理水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives to improve the recognition of medical staffs about the importance of medical records information management and management level of medical records information.Methods This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information management of medical records to find out the reasons affecting management level of medical records information.Results Quality consciousness of medical records information management of medical staffs,management countermeasures of supervision,new technology application and standardization management are the factors affecting management level of medical records information.Conclusions Training of quality consciousness of medical records information strengthening,value on the construction of quality management process of medical records information and methods of innovation management can effectively improve management level of medical records information. |
