| 摘 要： | 为提高病历及时归档率,分析病历及时归档的重要性,病历归档直接影响医疗信息统计上报的及时性,影响医院的服务质量。病历归档不及时的常见原因是临床医师重视程度不够,对相关规定不了解。保证病历及时归档的主要措施是宣传病历及时归档的重要性,对病历及时归档的相关规定进行培训,加强对病历及时归档的监督管理,从而提高医院的综合管理水平,为社会提供更好的服务。

| Abstract: | For increasing timely filing rate of medical records,this paper analyzes the importance of timely filing of medical records,which directly affects the timeliness of medical information statistics report and service quality of hospital.The common reasons of untimely filing of medical records are that clinical physicians not pay attention to it and not know about the related regulations. The main countermeasures of ensuring it are that the importance of timely filing medical records propaganda,training about related regulations of it and supervision management of it strengthening.Therefore it can improve the comprehensive management level of hospital and provide better service for society. |
