综合性医院病案科与信息科人力资源对比研究

摘    要:目的以浙江省为例分析当前综合性医院病案科与信息科专业人员的年龄构成、学历层次、专业构成、职称级别,为医院病案科的人力资源管理提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,调查全省41家医院信息相关科室工作人员,利用EpiDate3.0建立数据库,SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果浙江省综合性医院病案科男女性别比为1/4.19,年龄以40岁~50岁为主(占33.7%),初始学历和目前学历均以大专为主(分别占41.6%和42.8%),初始专业以护理专业为主(占18.7%),目前专业以管理类和病案统计专业为主(38%),31.9%为中级职称;信息科男女性别比为1/0.4,年龄以30岁~40岁为主(占45.0%),初始学历和目前学历均以本科为主(分别占61.8%和66.5%),初始专业和目前专业均以计算机类为主(分别占81.2%和82.3%),33.0%为中级职称。两部门工作人员在性别、年龄、学历、专业分布上有差异。结论浙江综合性医院病案科工作人员专业出身较少,应加强继续教育和专业培养,同时积极引进年轻的专业人才,以适应医院病案管理工作的需要。

Abstract:Objective To analyze age composition,education background,professional structure,professional title level of professional staff of general hospital medical record department and information department in Zhejiang province,and provide reference for human resource management.Methods Investigating information related department staffs of 41 hospitals by stratified sampling.Building database by EpiDate3.0,analyzing it through SPSS 13.0.Results Sex ratio at the men and women is 1/4.19.Most of the age is 40 years to 50 years(33.7%).Most of the initial degree and current degree are junior college(41.6% and 42.8%),Most of the initial professional is nursing (18.7%).Most of the current professional are management and medical record statistics(38%).31.9% for intermediate title.Sex ratio at the men and women in information department is 1/0.4,Most of the age is 30 years to 40 years(45.0%). Most of the initial degree and current degree are undergraduate course(61.8% and 66.5%).Most of the initial professional and current professional is computer(81.2% and 82.3%).33.0% for intermediate title.The two departments’ personnel in the gender,age,education,professional distribution is different.Conclusion The medical record division personnel in Zhejiang general hospital are not professional.We should strengthen continuing education and professional training and actively introduce young professionals to adapt to the needs of the hospital medical record management work.
