| 摘 要： | 临床路径的成功应用需要相应的信息化基础,简述临床路径的概念和临床路径管理与电子病案系统的关系,介绍临床信息系统不断改进的流程过程和以临床路径为核心的临床信息化建设方法,在电子病案应用的基础上结合临床路径的实际需要不断改进医疗业务流程,设计研究在电子病案系统的基础上开发临床路径管理的流程设计。

| Abstract: | Successful application of a clinical pathway needs corresponding information base.This article outlines the concept of clinical pathways and the relationship between clinical pathway management and the electronic medical record system,introduce the continuous improvement of clinical information system flow process and clinical information construction method which with a clinical pathway as the core.We should develop clinical pathway management process on the basis of electronic medical record system by continuously improving health care business process. |
