| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹红注射液治疗老年室性早搏患者的疗效。方法将84例老年室性早搏患者随机分为两组，对照组42例，采用常规治疗；治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注，1次／d。两组治疗时间均为14天，治疗结束后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组有效38例，有效率为90．48％；对照组有效27例，有效率64．29％；治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论丹红注射液在老年室性早搏患者治疗中疗效显著，副作用小。
