| 摘 要： | 患者男,50岁。1年前,阴茎包皮外伤后出现一小溃疡,愈合后局部出现淡红色米粒大丘疹,逐渐增至1.0cm x0.5cm大的淡红色疣状孤立性肿物,呈透明颗粒状,界清,无分泌物。皮损组织病理示:表皮乳头瘤样增生,角化不全,角化过度,棘层肥厚,真皮乳头内见大量泡沫细胞。诊断:疣状黄瘤。

| Abstract: | A 50-year-old male’s penile foreskin appeared a small ulcer after trauma 1 year ago and scabbed,healed. The local area appeared a small pink papule,growing up to a verrucous isolated goitre which was 1.0cm×0.5cm,transparent and granular,state clearly,with no discharge.Histopathological examination showed; epidermis papilloma-like proliferation,parakeratosis,hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,dermal papilla filled with a lot of foam cells.Diagnosis;verrucous xanthoma of penis. |
