| 摘 要： | 目的:解决手术难以控制的鼻腔大出血,消除症状,提高病人生存质量.方法:经股动脉插管,采用微弹簧圈闭塞颈内动脉-海绵窦瘘口.结果:21例瘘口均栓塞成功,17例保持了颈内动脉通畅.随访6～36个月闭塞的瘘口未发生再通.结论:微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颈内动脉-海绵窦瘘是有效的方法

| Abstract: | To treat the patients of traumatic carotid-cavernous fistulas (TCCF) in order to prevent the massive epistaxis, and improve the living quality of the patients. Method; Trans-femoral artery catheterization with microcoile to embolize the carotid-cavernous fistulas. Result: The fistulas of 21 patients were completely obliterated. The internal carotid artery was kept patent in 17 patients. No recurrence of fistulas was found after follow-up 6 - 36 months. Conclusion; The endovascular occlusion is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of TC-CFs. |
