奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性比较

目的:探讨奎硫平(舒思)治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性,以氯丙嗪为对照进行研究。方法:对80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组进行8周观察,奎硫平研究组和氯丙嗪对照组各40例,于治疗前和治疗后每周进行BPRS和TESS评定。结果:奎硫平组和氯丙嗪组之间疗效无显著性差异,但奎硫平组不良反应明显少于氯丙嗪组。结论:奎硫平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药。

Comparison of efficacy and safety of quetiapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of quetiapine treating schizophrenia with chlorpromazine as controlstudy. Methods:80 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental(quetiapine) and control(chlorpromazine) group Each group had 40 cases and the study lasted for 8 weeks.BPRS and TESS scales were usedrespectively to evaluate the effectiveness and safety before treatment and at the end of every week after treatment.Results: There were no significant differences in effectiveness between the two groups,but the quetiapine group respond badly obviously little in clozapine group.Conclusions: Quetiapine was aneffective and safe neuroleptics.
