| 摘 要： | 目的:检查中成药百花定喘丸中非法掺入的西药成分醋酸泼尼松及地西泮。方法:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(HPLC-DAD)分析技术,分离和测定百花定喘丸的甲醇提取液。结果:检查3批样品均含有醋酸泼尼松和地西泮并测定其含量。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,适用于检测百花定喘丸中添加的醋酸泼尼松及地西泮。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine Prednisone-acetate anti Diazepam illegally mixed in Baihuadingchuan pills.Method:The HPLC-DAD method was established for separation and determination of the methanol extract of Baihuadingchuan pills.Result:Three batches of sample were determined,which contained prednisone acetate anti diazepam,and determination the contents.Conclusion: The method is simple,specific and sensitive,it can be used to detect the prednisone acetate and diazepam illegally mixed in Baihuad- ingchuan pills. |
