疏肝通窍安神法为主辨证治疗感音神经性耳鸣50例疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察中医疏肝通窍安神法为主辨证治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例,以疏肝通窍安神法为主(处方:柴胡、郁金、五味子、酸枣仁、石菖蒲、丹参)辨证分型治疗,对照组以常规西药治疗。均以10天为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。结果:治疗组中显效28例,有效12例,无效10例,显效率为56%,总有效率为80%;对照组中显效7例,有效14例,无效29例,显效率为14%,总有效率为42%。2组显效率、总有效率比较,经x2检验,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:以疏肝通窍安神为主要作用的组方,并按虚实2型辨证治疗感音神经性耳鸣,具有针对性强、药理作用广泛、治疗效果好的特点。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shugan Tongqiao Anshen Therapy (ST AT) for sound perception nervous tin- nitus(SPNT). Methods: 100 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. Treatment group(50 cases) was mainly treated by STAT (composed of Radix Bupleuri, Radix Curcumae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinese, Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) accordingly, and control group by routine western medicine. 10 days constituted a course of treatment in both groups. Results: In treatment group, 28 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases effective and 10 cases ineffective, the effective rate being 56% and the total effective rate being 80% , and 7, 14, 29, 14% and 42% respectively in control group. The comparison of total effective rate by x2 test showed very markedly significant difference ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: STAT possesses a good curative effect for deficiency and excess syndromes of SPNT accordingly.
