硒缺乏和急性运动对大鼠红细胞膜流动性影响的研究

摘    要:本研究以Torula酵母为基本成分配制合成的缺硒饲料(Se<0.01ppm)饲养大鼠8周建立缺硒动物模型,观察硒缺乏和急性运动对红细胞膜流动性的影响,以及在硒缺乏状态下急性运动对红细胞膜流动性的影响。结果显示:硒缺乏或急性运动可显著降低红细胞膜的流动性;在硒缺乏状态下急性运动会进一步降低急性运动所致的红细胞膜流动性降低程度。硒缺乏时,机体维生素E消耗增多,在硒缺乏的基础上进行急性运动会进一步降低血浆维生素E含量,这提示硒缺乏和硒缺乏状态下急性运动均会导致机体自由基代谢的增强。

Abstract:The Se-deficient rat models were established through feeding Torula-based diets(Se<0.01ppm)to observe the effects of Se deficiency,acute exercise,and acute exercise with Se deficiency on the fluidity of red blood cell membrane in rats.The results showed that the fluidity of red blood cell membrane of rats decreased significantly in Se deficient status or acute exercise;acute exercise with Se deficiency further decreased the fluidity.The plasma Vit.E content decreased significantly in the Se deficient status and further dropped after acute exercise.This suggested that free radical metabolism of these rats was enhanced.
