从1例肾移植患者术后感染HIV论手术医师预防HIV感染

目的预防医院手术人员感染HIV/AIDS.方法术前用ELISA和WB对患者进行HIV抗体检测,在手术期加强医务人员预防HIV感染的意识和防护措施.加强对患者的检测及保密原则.结果手术医师及护理人员未感染HIV.其预防HIV感染的意识得到加强.结论采用上述方法,即"普通防护原则",可以预防临床医务人员感染HIV,应在医院,尤其是手术科室广泛采用.

Discussion on Surgeons Preventing HIV/AIDS from Thoughts in One Patient Infected HIV after Renal Transplantation

Objective To prevent operating personnel at hospitals from HIV/AIDS. Methods The blood sample from the patient before renal transplantation was screened and confirmed by ELISA and WB, respectively. The awareness and protective measures of preventing HIV in the operating personnel at the hospital were conducted and, the practice of confidentiality to HIV infections and AIDS patients were strengthened in them. Results The surgeons and nurses participating in the operation showed no one infected HIV after the follow up for them. The awareness of preventing HIV was heightened in them. Conclusion It is suggested that "Universal protection principle" be implemented at hospitals, in particular, at surgical sections at hospital to prevent clinical personnel at hospital far away from HIV/AIDS.
