女性继发不孕影响因素的病例对照研究

目的：探讨妇女继发不孕的影响因素。方法：对215对病例和对照以1：1配对进行影响因素的面对面问卷调查，应用SPSS11．5软件进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果：盆腔感染性疾病史（OR=4．086）、末次妊娠产后或流产后并发症史（OR=26．190）、支原体感染史（OR=21．980）、药物治疗史（OR=10．222）、促排卵用药史（OR=38．454）及精神压力（OR=1．551）均是女性继发不孕的危险因素；每月性生活次数（OR=1．650）有危险趋势；避孕（主要为避孕套）（OR=0．175）和文化程度（OR=0．459）为其保护因素。结论：预防和治疗盆腔感染，严格掌握促排卵药的适应症，重视生殖健康和避孕知识的宣传教育，缓解精神压力，提倡晚婚晚育，避免婚前性行为可以减少女性继发不孕的发生。

Case Control Study on the Risk Factors of Female Secondary Infertility

Objective: To explore the risk factors of female secondary infertility.Methods: 215 female secondary infertile cases and 215 controls were investigated using questionnaire.Single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were conducted with SPSS 11.5.Results: The risk factors of female secondary infertility included pelvic inflammatory diseases(OR=4.086),complications after last-pregnancy or abortion(OR=26.190),mycoplasma infection(OR=21.980),drug treatment history(OR=10.222),ovulation induction with medicine(OR=38.454),and mental stress(OR=1.551).The monthly frequency of sexual life was a potential risk factor with OR=1.650,while contraception(OR=0.175) and the levels of education(OR=0.459) were protective factors of female secondary infertility.Conclusion: The incidence of female secondary infertility will be declined through the prevention and treatment of pelvic infection,management of indications for the usage of ovulation induction medicine,popularization and education of reproductive health and contraception knowledge,relief of mental stress and avoidance of sexual behavior before marriage.
