硫氮酮治疗急性心肌梗塞的血液动力学效应

摘    要:8例急性心肌梗塞的患者口服硫氮(艹卓)酮后,用漂浮气囊导管观察证实:全身血液动力学改变的净效应是外周阻力减少20.3服(P<0.01),平均血压下降7.6%(P<0.01),心率无明显改变,心肌耗氧量减少8.2%(P<0.01),左室功能改善,心脏工作效率提高,因而对急性心肌梗塞产生有益的作用。

Abstract:The systemic hemodynamic effects of oral administration of diltiazem in 8 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) monitored with Swan-Ganz catheters were reported. Peripheral vascular resistance decreased 20.3%(P<0.01), mean blood pressure decreased 7.6% (P<0.01), heart rate remained unchanged myocardial oxygen consumption decreased 8.2% (P<0.01), left ventricular function was improved and cardiac performance efficiency was raised. Those were of benefit to AMI.
