“三明治”教学法在小儿外科学临床教学中的应用与实践

摘    要:目的:探讨“三明治”教学法在小儿外科学临床教学中的效果。方法:分别对50名学生进行“三明治”教学法和传统教学法。教学结束后对两组学生进行小儿外科学理论知识和临床操作的考核。结果:实验组学生平均理论考试成绩为96±5.14分,操作考试成绩为90±3.87分,均高于对照组学生的88±6.71分和79±5.65分,P〈O.01,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:“三明治”教学法取得了较好教学效果,有助于培养高素质的儿科医学人才。

Application and practice of sandwich teaching method in clinical teaching of pediatric surgerv

Abstract:Objective: To explore the result of applying sandwich teaching method in clinical teaching of pediatric surgery. Methods: 50 students were chosen at random as the experimental group and the control group. The teachers tested theoretical and practicing ability of the two groups. Result: Scores of the theoretical and practicing tests in experimental group were 96 ±5.14 and 90 ± 3.87, respectively, higher than those of the control group, which were 88 ± 6.71 and 79 ± 5.65, respectively. The differences were significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: It shows that the application of sandwich teaching method Ires got a good effect. The rhethod is helpful to cultivating medical talents with high quality.
