冠心病患者恢复性生活健康教育状况调查

目的:了解护士对冠心病患者恢复性生活的健康教育状况,分析护士对不同危险度冠心病患者进行健康教育的能力。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对88名心脏科护士进行有关冠心病患者恢复性生活的健康教育状况方面的调查。结果:虽然86.5%的护士认为为患者提供有关恢复性生活方面的健康教育很有意义,但只有8.6%的护士偶尔涉及有关恢复性生活方面的健康教育。相当一部分护士对于冠心病患者恢复性生活方面的知识很不了解。护士对不同危险度冠心病患者提供恢复性生活健康教育的能力也较差。结论:护士为冠心病患者提供恢复性生活健康教育的现状不容乐观,护士应掌握有关冠心病患者恢复性生活方面的知识,并且应具备其危险度识别及分层指导的能力,从而为不同危险度的冠心病患者提供恢复性生活方面的健康教育。

Nurses'health education of resuming normal sexual life among coronary heart disease patients

Objective： To investigate nurses＇health education of resuming normal sexual life among conronary heart disease and explore the competency of nurses＇health education to different coronary heart disease patients, Methods： A total of 88 nurses working in cardiac department were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about health education of resuming normal sexual life among coronary heart disease patients. Results：Although 86.5% of the nurses believed that it was meaningful to provide health education to conronary heart disease patients about resuming normal sexual life, only 8.6% of the nurses occasionally involved sexual instruction in their health education. Many nurses lacked the knowledge in this area. In the meanwhile, the nurses＇ competency of health education to different conronary heart disease patients was very poor （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The nurses＇health education of resuming sexual life among eonronary heart disease patients was suboptimal. Nurses should master the related knowledge and have the competency to identify the cardiac risks and provide corresponding instruction of resuming normal sexual life according to the cardiac risk classification.
