摘    要:目的:建立一套科学、客观、全面、公平的护士绩效考核分配方案,以充分调动其工作的积极性。方法:在"优质护理服务示范病区"随机选择一、二、三级护理的患者各100例,统计其每天所需的平均护理时数,根据护士承包不同级别患者的人数即工作量、工作质量、护理岗位、患者满意度来评定护士的绩效。结果:护士对新型的绩效分配方案满意程度高于之前的绩效分配方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:绩效管理调动了护士的工作积极性,稳定了护理队伍,提高了护理质量和服务水平。

Work-related performance assessment of nurses in the model ward of high quality nursing service

Abstract:Objective: To set up a series of scientific,objective,comprehensive, and impartial nurse's work-related performance assessment and distributive project and to fully motivate nurses' enthusiasm. Methods: One hundred patients with first, second, and third rank nursing respectively in the model ward of high quality nursing service were randomly selected .to evaluate the average nursing hours every day. Nurses' performance were assessed according to their workload, nursing quality, nursing position, and patients' satisfaction. Results: The nurse's satisfaction to the new nurse's performance assessment project were higher than those to traditional one (P0.005). Conclusion: Work-related performance assessment motivates the enthusiasm of the nurses, stabilizes the nursing group, and improves the nursing quality and the service level.
