| 摘 要： | 对医学本科生临床教学阶段循证医学教学的教学理念、教学内容、评价体系、发展环境和瓶颈等方面的问题进行剖析，结合教学改革实践，提出解决思路。主要经验：注重循证理念的培养而不过分强调细节，统筹安排教学计划提高教学效果，推进评价体系改革适应循证医学教：学规律，提高医学生英语水平，创造良好教学气氛和条件。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses some practical problems in EBM teaching for medical undergraduates in clinical phase, such as teaching philosophy, course content, evaluation system, development environment, current bottlenecks, etc,. Additionally, several suggestions and suecessful experience are shared, including focusing on the development of EBM medical concept other than those details, making overall teaching plans in order to improve teaching effectiveness, promoting reform of evaluation system to benefit clinical teaching, more efforts to improve students＇ medical English, and more efforts to provide learning atmosphere and other facilities. |
