二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种的耐饥力

摘    要:1988~1989年。在实验室观察了二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种成虫的耐饥力,即观察蚤吸1次血后再不吸血,其在不同温、湿度条件下的存活时间。证明,观察的二种蚤在无宿主条件下也能存活很长时间,其存活日数与环境温度的关系呈log=a-b logX型曲线,即温度越高存活时间越短;与环境湿度的关系呈log=a-b log(K—X)型曲线,即湿度越大存活时间越长。繁殖蚤雌性耐饥力强于雄性,新羽化蚤雄雌耐饥力无差别。

Abstract:The fleas Neopsylla bidentatiformis(Wagner, 1893)and Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris (Jordan, 1929)can live for many days after one feed, life duration in relation to environmental temperature may be expressed by the curve log =a-b logX, the temperature high the life duration short; however, relation between life duration and environmental humidity is the curve log =a-b log (K-X),the humidity high the life duration long. In the reproduced fleas, hunger resistance of female is stronger than that of male, but no sexual difference is found in the hunger resistance of newly emerged fleas.
