高校乡村医师班学生面向乡镇卫生院就业意向调查分析

目的 分析新疆医科大学乡村医师班学生就业意向及其影响因素,探讨乡村医师班学生面向乡镇卫生院顺利就业的对策.方法 以问卷调查的方式对296名乡村医师班学生进行调查,内容涉及乡村医师班学生的就业意向和影响他们去乡镇卫生院工作的因素,对调查结果 进行分析.结果 乡村医师班学生对理想与可行的就业单位的认识存在差别,阻碍其到乡镇卫生院就业的主要因素是生活环境、自身发展前景及单位经济福利待遇,并与乡村医师班学生对面向乡镇卫生院的相关政策的了解程度存在相关性.结论 高校应当充分重视乡村医师班学生的就业工作,通过提供就业指导服务、健全就业指导部门、完善相关就业政策等,实现乡村医师班学生的顺利就业,充实农村卫生人才队伍.

Employment intentions survey on rural medical students educated for rural health institute in Xinjiang Medical University

Objective The employment influencing factors of the medical students oriented rural areas in Xinjiang Medical University was analyzed and the measures that the medical students orientd rural areas successfully achieve employment in rural health institute were explored.Methods The research consisted of surveying students' basic information, employment intentions and the willingness to work in rural health institutes.Results From the 296 students surveyed it showed that the ideal employment and the feasible employment were different.The obstructive factors of work in rural health institutes were related to living environment, self-awareness, economic benefits and employment policies understanding.Conclusions University should pay high attention to the employment of the medical students oriented rural areas.Medical personnel in rural area would be enriched by providing good employment guidance service for the medical students oriented rural areas.
