肌膜包裹法治疗灼性神经痛

目的 提供一个治疗灼性神经痛的新术式。方法 将损伤段神经行束间松解后，以附近正常肌肉形成的带蒂肌膜瓣，翻转郑曲成管状以肌膜表面包裹损伤段神经，肌膜管两端与正常神经外膜缝合。术后3周去除外固定。结果 术后经6个月－5年的随访，9例患者均获得疼痛缓解、神经功能恢复较好的疗效。未见复发。结论 该法有利于改善损伤段神经的血运，提供适宜新生神经纤维生长的通道，是一个治疗灼性神经痛的可供选择的新术式。

Myolemma wrapping in treatment of causalgia

Objective To introduce a new method for treatment of causalgia.Methods Interfascicular neurolysis of the injured nerve was performed. A myolemma flap was raised from the muscle in the vicinity and coiled to wrap the nerve. Both ends of the myolemma tube were sutured to the epineurium. Three week after the operation, the external fixation was removed 3. Results The patients were followed for 6 months to 5 years. Pain relief and improvement of nerve function was achieved in all 9 patients. There was no recurrence. Conclusions The new procedure can improve blood supply to the injured nerve and provide a favorable channel for regenerated nerve fibers. It is a new strategy for treatment of causalgia.
