我院乳腺手术患者抗菌药物应用调查分析

目的:调查我院乳腺手术患者抗菌药物的应用情况.为促进临床合理用药提供依据.方法:采用回顾性调查方法.随机抽取2009年10月～2010年9月未合并感染及其它疾病的乳腺手术出院病历166份,就其抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析.结果:166例手术患者中,有2例未使用抗菌药物,使用率达98.8％,术前0.5～2h给药140例,达84.3％.术后治疗用药163例.占98.2％.结论:我院乳腺手术患者抗菌药物使用存在无指征用药、用药品种选择不当、术后用药疗程明显偏长、药物选择起点高等不合理使用情况,有待进一步规范管理.进一步提高合理用药水平.

Analysis of Antibacterial Drug use in Patients with Mammary Surgery in Our Hospital

Objective： To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital in patients with mammary operation and promote the rational administration of antibacterials. Methods： 166 medical records of patients with mammary operation from October 2009 to September 2010 had been investigated by retrospective review method, l~saxlta： In 166 cases, 2 patients weren＇t given antibacterials, the antibacterial use rate in these patients was 98.8%. 140 （84.3%） patients were given antibacterials 0.5-2 h before operation. 163 patients （98.2%） were given antibacterials postoperatively. Conclusions： There are some irrational uses of antibacterials in our hospital, such as drug use without indications, inappropriate drug choice, and overuse of postoperative antibacterials . The antibacterial use in patients with mammary operation in our hospital needs to be regulated and improved to promote the rational use in the future.
