浊度法定量检测甘露醇注射液细菌内毒素含量

摘    要:目的:建立动态浊度法定量检测甘露醇注射液中细菌内毒素方法,控制药品质量,减少临床热原反应发生。方法:按中国药典2000年版附录中细菌同毒素检测法及细菌内毒素检测法指导原则的规定,对甘露醇注射液中细菌内毒素定量检测进行可行性研究,结果:甘露醇注射液经4倍释释后可完全消除对鲎试剂与细菌内毒素凝集反应的干扰。结论:应用动态浊度法定量检测甘露醇注射液细菌内毒素含量,结果准确,在实际应用中完全可行。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a quantitative method for detecting bacterial endotoxin in mannitol injection through kinetic turbidimetric assay. Methods:A study of the feasibility of quantitative detection of bacterial endotoxin in mannitol injection was performed, based on the appendix of China pharmacopoeia 2000. Results:Diluting the mannitol injection for 4 times can completely eliminate the interference of the TAL preparations. Conclusion:Quantitative detection of bacterial endotoxin in mannitol injection by kinetic turbidimetric assay is entirely feasible in practice.
