针灸治疗痛经的文献质量评价

目的:了解国内针灸治疗痛经的临床试验状况并对所有文献进行方法学质量评价.方法:通过机检和手检获得针灸治疗痛经的临床对照治疗试验(RCT)文献,并按照循证医学原则和针灸临床研究规范时文献进行分析评价.结果:实际检出文献323篇,符合随机对照试验(KCT)的文献29篇(占8.98%),在此29篇文献中明确诊断和疗效标准的16篇(占55.17%).结论:针灸治疗痛经的临床随机对照研究(RCT)质量需待提高,应根据针灸治疗痛经的临床研究特点.探索建立最佳的治疗方案,以提高临床疗效.
