摘    要:目的 报告自制带生物膜跨血管包裹件动脉痛夹(带膜包裹夹)治疗6例难治性动脉瘤,探讨其发展、应用范围及临床疗效.方法 从2004-2005年,我科应用带膜包裹夹治疗前循环动脉瘤3例,后循环动脉瘤3例;其中梭形动脉瘤2例,夹层动脉瘤1例,宽颈动脉瘤3例;6例均为难治性破裂动脉瘤.结果 手术效果优良者5例,轻残1例.结论 带膜包裹夹是治疗颅内难治性动脉瘤的有效方法,其在难治性动脉瘤中的治疗作用值得研究和发展.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of wrap-clipping with a biological graft in the treatment of various intractable cerebral aneurysms in 6 patients and to discuss its methodology,technical tip,efficacy and application.The evolution of wrapping of cerebral aneurysms was also reviewed.Methods From November 2004 to November 2005,3 patients of anterior circulation aneurysms and 3 patients of posterior circulation aneurysms were treated by using fenestrated angled clip-biological grafts.The aneurysms were fusiformed in 2 patients,dissecting in 1 patient and wide necked in 3 patients.All the 6 aneurysms were ruptured intractable aneurysms.Results All cases were achieved follow-up study after surgery,the outcome was considered as good in 5 cases,fair in 1 case.Conclusion In the treatment of intractable cerebral aneurysms,wrap-clipping with a biological graft is a safe and effective method,and might be the future direction for the treatment of those intractable aneurysms.The study and research of the importance of its therapeutical effect should be continued.
