奥硝唑与定君生联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效评价

目的观察奥硝唑、定君生合并用药治疗细菌性阴道病（BV）的疗效。方法：将门诊150名BV患者随机分为三组（n=50）：A组口服奥硝唑6天,B组阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊10天,C组口服奥硝唑6d,随后用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊10d,评定疗效。结果A、B、C三组治愈率分别为70.00%、60.00%、78.00%,有效率分别为88.00%、82.00%、97.00%,C组有效率明显高于B组（P〈0.05）;2个月内复发率三组分别是14.00%、6.00%和0,C组明显低于A组,差异显著（P〈0.05）;不良反应率分别是10.00%、0.00%、8.00%,三组间无显著性差异,（P〉0.05）。结论奥硝唑合并乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊治疗BV疗效高,不良反应发生率低。

Estimation of the clinical therapeutic effect in treating bacterial vaginosis with Ornidazole(ONZ) and dingjunsheng

Objectives To observe the curative effect of Ornidazole （ONZ） and dingjunsheng for bacterial vaginosis （BV）. Methods 150 patients with BV in outpatient department of gynecology were randomly dev- ided into 3 groups：Group A were treated with oral Ornidazole 0.5, bid ×6two times every day , six days; Group B were treated with living preparation oflactobacillus （dingjunsheng） by vaginal administration; Group C were treated with both oral Ornidazole and vaginal administration of alive Lactobacillus capsules. Results The cure rate of 3 groups was 70.00%, 60.00%, 78.00% respectively. The effective ratio of them was 为 88.00% , 82.00% ,97.00% respectively. The effective ratio of group C was significantly higher than that of group B（P 〈 0.05 ） ;The relapse rate was 14.00% ,6.00% ,0. The rate in group C was significant lower than that in group A （P 〈 0.05） ;The rate of adverse effect in 3 groups was 10.00%, 0.00%, 8.00% respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion With lower relapse rate and adverse effective rate, the ONZ combined with living preparation of Lactobacillus（dingjunsheng） can cure BV most effectively.
