| 摘 要： | 目的建立布洛芬注射液中精氨酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Global APS-NH2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=3.5)-乙腈(45:55);检测波长为205 nm。结果精氨酸在0.074mg/mL-0.37mg/mL范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率为100.19%。结论该方法简便、准确可靠、精密度良好,可作为布洛芬注射液中精氨酸的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the HPLC method for detemination of arginine in ibuprofen injection. Methods Global APS - NH2 column was used, with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer solution （pH = 3.5） - acetonitrile （45：55 ）, detecting wavelength was 205nm. Results The peak area of arginine had a good linearity with its concentration in the range of 0.074mg/mL - 0.37mg/mL, r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 100.19%. Conclusion The proposed method is sensitive, accurate and simple,and can be used as the determination of ibuprofen injection. |
