黑膏药筋伤贴的皮肤安全性实验研究

目的考察黑膏药筋伤贴对动物皮肤的刺激性与过敏性反应。方法取健康家兔连续多次皮肤给药,进行皮肤刺激性试验;健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果黑膏药筋伤贴对家兔完整和破损皮肤均无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性。结论黑膏药筋伤贴皮肤用药无明显副作用,可安全用于临床。

Experimental Study on Skin Safety of Jingshang Black Plaster

Objective To evaluate the irritation and hypersensitivity of Jingshang black plaster on animal skin. Methods The skin irritation experiment was carded out on healthy New Zealand rabbits, and the skin hypersensitive experiment was carried out on health guinea pigs. Results The topical use of Jingshang black plaster with ttLe normal dose produced had no irritation on the integral skin and the impaired skin of New Zealand rabbits. Sensitization effect of Jingshang black piaster with the normal dose on the skin of guinea pigs had not found. Conclusion The topical use of Jingshang black plaster on the animal skin is safe.
