中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床治疗观察

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效及安全性,为口腔扁平苔藓的治疗提供更好的依据。方法将64例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组,两组均给予西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上进行中医辨证论治,根据不同的症型选择不同的中药进行治疗,观察两组患者在治疗3个月、6个月后的疗效和6个月后复发情况,以及治疗前后患者疼痛评分(VAS)情况。结果治疗组在治疗3个月和6个月后总有效率均显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组疼痛VAS评分和复发率均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓效果显著,可显著提高患者长期总有效率,降低复发率以及显著降低患者治疗期间的疼痛,值得临床推荐。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese- Western Therapy in Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western therapy in treatment of oral lichen planus. It could provide a better way to treat the oral lichen planus. Methods 64 cases with oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups . Both groups were treated with western medicine, treatment group use, t TCM syndrome treatment based on western therapy,it depended on different types of disease choosing different medicine ,the effects after 3 months and 6 months were observed, and the recurrence was observed after 6 months, before and after treatment in patients with pain scores （VAS） were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group after three months and six months were significantly higher than lhat of control group （P 〈0.05） ;the VAS scores and recurrence rate of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Integrated Chinese and western therapy in treatment of oral lichen planus can significantly improve patients long- term total efficiency, reduce the recurrence rate and patients＇ pain, worthy of clinical recommendation.
