| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病的发生与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,且胰岛素抵抗可存在于糖耐量异常的患者及未出现糖耐量异常的正常人中。众多医家认为胰岛素抵抗与浊毒(痰浊、血瘀)密切相关,不同的浊毒导致消渴病的病因各异,但与消渴病"气阴两虚"的病机密切相关。

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance is closely related, and insulin resistance may be present in patients with abnormal glucose tolerance and impaired glucose tolerance doesnot appear normal. Many physicians believe that insulin resistance is closely related with the toxic cloud , different causes toxic cloud diabetes causes vary, but with diabetes ＂Qi＂ is closely related to the pathogenesis . |
