针刺四神聪配合舒眠胶囊治疗老年失眠症的疗效观察

目的观察针刺四神聪穴位配合舒眠胶囊治疗老年失眠症的疗效。方法 90例老年失眠症患者随机分为针刺组和对照组,两组均使用舒眠胶囊药物治疗,针刺组同时联合针刺四神聪治疗,观察4周。采用多导睡眠(PSG)监测技术和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定疗效。结果两组有效率比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗4周末后,两组睡眠脑电图各项数据和PSQI评分与治疗前比较有统计学意义(均P0.05);针刺组与对照组在实际睡眠总时间、睡眠效率、睡眠维持率、睡眠潜伏期、REM(快速眼动)潜伏期、REM睡眠比例、夜间觉醒次数、觉醒总时间、PSQI评分比较有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论针刺四神聪联合舒眠胶囊对老年失眠症患者有较好的效果。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture at Sishencong Combined with Shumian Capsule on Senile Insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sishencong combined with Shumian capsule on senile insomnia. Methods 90 cases with insomnia were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group, beth groups used Shumian capsule drug therapy, meanwhile acupuncture group needled Sishencong acupoint,observation for 4 weeks. Polysomnography （polysomnography PSG） monitoring technology and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） were used to assess the efficacy. Results The effective rate between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. At the end of the 4 weeks＇ treatment, the difference of sleep EEG data and PSQI score before and after treatment between two groups were statistically signifi ：ant （P 〈 0.05）. The comparison between 2 groups in the actual total sleep time ,sleep efficiency,sleep maintenance rate,sleep latency, REM , REM, the number of nocturnal awakenings, the total time of awakening and the PSQI score has statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Acupuncture Sishencong combined with Shumian capsule has better effect on senile patients with insomnia.
