加味大承气汤联合西医治疗胰腺炎疗效观察

目的观察加味大承气汤联合西医治疗胰腺炎的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 78例胰腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用加味大承气汤,两组均以14d为1个疗程。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05);治疗组腹痛缓解时间、胃肠减压时间、首次排便时间、发热缓解时间均明显小于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05);两组治疗后血尿淀粉酶、C反应蛋白酶含量显著少于治疗前,差异有显著性(P0.05),治疗组改善实验室指标优于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论加味大承气汤治疗胰腺炎疗效显著,对于临床应用具有重要的研究价值,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Dachengqi Decoction Combined with Western Therapy in Treatment of Pancreatitis

Objective To observe Dachengqi decoction combined with western therapy in treatment of pancreatitis in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 78 eases of pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used western medicine ,and the treatment group used Dachengqi decoction based on the treatment group. Both groups treated 14 days as a course. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; treatment group of abdominal pain relief time ,decompression time ,time to first bowel movement ,fever remission time were significantly less than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, the levels of urine amylase and C - reactive protease were significantly less than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the laboratory parameters of treatment group has significantly improved than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dachengqi decoction treating pancreatitis has significant effect and clinical application value ,should be widely applied.
