归芪威汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察归芪威汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将200例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为2组,对照组(100例)给予川芎嗪片治疗,治疗组(100例)给予归芪威汤治疗。两组连续治疗14d,观察临床疗效和血液流变学变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组和对照组低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度及血浆黏度在治疗前后有明显差异(P0.05),两组均能改善血液流变学指标,但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P0.05)。结论归芪威汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation of Guiqiwei Decoction treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guiqiwei decoction in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods 200 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （ 100 cases） were given tetramethylpyrazine piece. Treatment group （100 cases）were given Guiqiwei decoetion. 14 days continuous treatment, efficiency, changes in blood rheolog of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Two groups can improve hemorheology index, but the treatment group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0.05）. The low - cut, whole blood viscosity in two groups hare, high shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity significant difference （P 〈 0.05） before and after treatment. The total effective rute of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Guiqiwei decoction treatment of vertebrobasilar lack of a significant effect.
