美宝烫伤膏联合抗菌药物在烧伤创面治疗中的临床研究

目的观察美宝烫伤膏联合抗菌药物在烧伤创面治疗中的临床疗效。方法 86例烧伤患者随机分为两组,对照组给予创面的清洗等基础措施和敏感抗菌药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合美宝烫伤膏治疗,观察两组疗效、创面愈合时间以及并发症发生率等。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组创面愈合平均时间和住院时间显著短于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗期间并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论美宝烫伤伤膏联合抗菌药物治疗烧伤创面效果显著,有缩短疗程,减少瘢痕形成等优点,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Mabel Burn Injuries Cream Combined with Antimicrobial Drugs in Burn Wounds

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mabel burn injuries cream combined with antimicrobial drugs in burn wounds and provide a better way of treatment. Methods 86 cases of hum wounds were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received the wound cleaning and other basic measures, and given sensitive antimicrobial drugs for treatment, treatment group were given US - Po burn ointment based on the control group. The effects , wound healing time and complication rate between two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the average healing time and hospital stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the complication rate of treatment group was significantly lower than control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Mabel burn injuries cream combined with antimicrobial drugs in burn wounds can significantly shortening the course of treatment, reducing scar formation, and worthy of clinical application.
