踝臂指数、脉搏波速度及血尿酸与冠心病的相关性研究

目的 探讨踝臂指数（ABI）、踝臂脉搏波速度（baPWV）及血尿酸（SUA）水平与冠心病的关系.方法 选择高尿酸血症（HUA）患者341例,依据冠心病诊断标准分为HUA组190例和HUA合并冠心病组151例,另选取同期190例健康体检者作为正常对照组.对三组人群ABI、baPWV及SUA水平进行检测,以探讨三者与冠心病的关系.结果 ①HUA组ABI低于正常对照组（P＜0.01）,HUA合并冠心病组ABI低于HUA组和正常对照组（P＜0.01）;②HUA组baPWV高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）,HUA合并冠心病组baPWV高于HUA组和正常对照组（P＜0.01）;③HUA组SUA水平高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）,HUA合并冠心病组SUA水平高于HUA组和正常对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 ABI、baPWV及SUA水平与冠心病及其病变程度相关,三者联合可用于预测及评估冠心病及其危险程度.

A study of ankle-brachial index,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,serum uric acid and coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the relationship between brachial-ankle index （ABI）, brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity （ baPWV ）, serum uric acid （SUA） and the coronary artery disease （ CAD ）. Methods Three hundred and forty-one patients with Hype-ruricemia（HUA） and 190 physical examinees were selected. Based on their clinical examination results ,people were divided into HUA group（ n = 190）,HUA-coronary heart disease（CHD）group（ n = 151 ）and normal control group（ n = 190）. baPWV,SUA and ABI levels were tested to evaluate the corelation with CAD. Results ①ABI levels of HUA-CHD group and HUA group were lower than that of normal group（ P 〈0.01 ） ,ABI level of HUA-CHD group was lower than that of HUA group （ P 〈0.01 ）. ②baPWV value of HUA- CHD group and HUA group were higher than that of normal group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, baPWV value of HUA-CHD group was higher than that of HUA group （ P 〈0.01 ）. ③The SUA level of HUA-CHD group and HUA group were higher than that of normal control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The SUA level of HUA-CHD group was higher than that of HUA group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of ABl, baPWV and SUA level were related with CHD and its degree,which can be used to diagnose CHD and evaluate its risk degree.
