PFNA 与 DHS 治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果分析

目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）与动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折（IFF）的临床效果.方法 将70例老年IFF患者随机分为两组,各35例.观察组采用PFNA治疗,对照组采用DHS治疗,比较两组治疗效果及满意度.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.43％,高于对照组的60.00％（P＜0.01）;观察组总满意度为94.29％,高于对照组的62.86％（P＜0.01）.结论 PFNA治疗老年IFF临床效果优于DHS,且患者满意度高.

Efficacy analysis of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture

Objective To explore the clinical effects of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture （IFF）. Methods Seventy elderly patients with IFF were divided into two groups （ n = 35, each）. The observation group used fixed bones by PFNA method, the control group was given internal fixation of bones by DHS screw, clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree of two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results After fixation the total effect rate of observation group（91.43% ） was higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. And the overall satisfaction degree of observation group（94.29% ） was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion PFNA in the fixation of elderly patients with IFF has a higher efficacy rate and a higher satisfaction degree than that of DHS screw internal fixation.
