氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效

摘    要:目的 比较氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入对小儿哮喘的临床疗效.方法 将60例支气管哮喘急性发作息儿随机分为两组,各30例.两组均给予布地奈德气雾剂0.5 mg+复方异丙托溴铵溶液0.8 ml+生理盐水雾化吸入治疗.观察组采用氧驱动雾化吸入方式,对照组采用空气压缩泵雾化吸入方式.比较两组疗效及治疗前后动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2).结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05).治疗前两组患儿SaO2相近(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组SaO2较治疗前升高(P<0.05).结论 两种雾化吸入方式均可不同程度缓解小儿哮喘的临床症状;氧驱动雾化吸入疗效优于空气压缩泵雾化吸入,可显著提高患儿SaO2.

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of atomizing inhalation by oxygen atomizing inhalation and air compression pump inhalation in children with acute bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty cases with acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups( n = 30). The children in two groups were treated with budesonide aerosol and ipratropine solution with saline,the inhalation of oxygen driven methods were used in the observation group, and the air compression pump spray methods were used in the control group. The clinical effects were evaluated and the blood oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) value was compared after the treatment. Resuits The total clinical effect rate in the observation group was 93.3%, which was higher than 73.3% in the control group ( P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, the value of SaO2 in the observation group was higher than that before the treatment ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Both the oxygen atomizing inhalation and air compression pump inhalation can somehow relieve the clinical symptoms of asthma in children, but the clinical effects of atomizing inhalation by oxygen atomizing inhalation are better than those by air compression pump inhalation, which can significantly improve the value of SaO2 in children with acute bronchial asthma.
