大球囊介入治疗膜状阻塞型布-加综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨使用大球囊介入治疗膜状阻塞型布-加综合征的疗效。方法：对45例已经证实的患者先行数字减影血管造影（DSA）,再行下腔静脉大球囊扩张术。结果：45例患者介入治疗全部成功,临床症状明显改善;与术前相比,术后病变血管内径扩大、下腔静脉平均压力降低（P〈0.01）;术后无明显并发症,随访未出现再狭窄。结论：使用大球囊介入治疗膜状阻塞型布-加综合征安全有效。

Curative Effect Observation of Large Balloon Catheter in the Interventional Treatment of Budd-Chiari Syndrom of Membranous Obstruction

Objective： To assess the curative effect of large balloon catheter in the interventional treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrom of membranous obstruction. Methods： 45 cases diagnosed as Budd-Chiari syndrom of membranous obstruction were first given digital subtraction angiography（ DSA） and then given inferior vena cava dilatation with a large balloon catheter. Results： Interventional treatment of 45 cases were all successful,with clinical symptoms remarkably improved; Compared with that before the operation,the postoperative pathological blood vessel diameter expanded,with the mean pressure of inferior vena cava decreased（ P 0. 01）. The patients suffered from no significant complications after operation and the result of follow-up did not show restenosis. Conclusion： The interventional treatment of membranous obstruction Budd-Chiari syndrome with big balloon catheter is safe and effective.
