肺表面活性物质联合鼻塞式气道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨肺表面活性物质(PS)联合鼻塞式气道正压通气(NCPAP)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床效果。方法将72例NRDS患儿随机分为两组,各36例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予PS+NCPAP治疗,对照组在此基础上给予PS+机械通气( MV)治疗,比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、氧疗时间及住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%( P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率为13.89%(5/36),对照组并发症发生率为36.11%(13/36),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组氧疗时间和住院时间均短于对照组( P <0.01)。结论 PS联合NCPAP治疗NRDS能有效减少氧疗时间、降低并发症发生率及缩短住院时间。

Abstract:Objective To study effect of pulmonary surfactant and NCPAP on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome ( NRDS) . Methods Seventy-two children with NRDS were divided into observation group and control group ( n =36,each),and observation group was given PS +NCPAP,control group was given PS +mechanical ventilation (MV),treatment effects,oxygen treatment time, length of hospital stay,complications were compared .Results The total efficacy rate of observation group was 94.44%,higher than 77.78%of control group( P 〈0.05).The complication rate was 13.89%(5/36),lower than 36.11%(13/36)of control group( P 〈0.05).Oxygen treatment time and complication rate were lower than that of control group ( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Pulmonary surfac-tant and NCPAP can effectively reduce oxygen treatment time , the incidence rate of complications and length of hospital stay .
