糖尿病微血管病变患者糖化血红蛋白、超敏 C 反应蛋白联合检测价值分析

摘    要:目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测对于糖尿病微血管病变患者的价值.方法 回顾性分析190例糖尿病患者的临床资料,检测HbAlc、hs-CRP变化情况.结果 经检测发现,糖尿病发生微血管病变患者的HbAlc、hs-CRP和空腹血糖(FPG)值均高于单纯糖尿病患者(P<0.01).糖尿病微血管病变是否伴有视网膜病变和神经病变,对于hs-CRP无明显影响;而临床肾病组的hs-CRP值高于无肾病组(P<0.01).结论 HbAlc、hs-CRP联合检测对于糖尿病微血管病变的早期诊断,尤其是对于糖尿病肾病的早期诊治具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) detection for type 2 diabetes for microangiopathy value. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 190 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital was performed and changes of HbAlc detection and hs-CRP were evaluated. Results The joint detection, diabetic microangiopathy lesions in patients with HbAlc and hs-CRP values were significantly higher than that of patients with diabetes mellitus( P 〈0.01 ). Whether or not diabetic microangiopathy was associated with retinopathy neuropathy and had no significant effect on hs-CRP, but hs-CRP of clinical nephropathy group was significantly higher than that of non DN group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Combined detection of HbAlc and hs-CRP is of great significance for early diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy disease, especially for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
