| 摘 要： | 目的：观察依托咪酯应用于无痛人流手术的可行性、安全性和有效性。方法：选取90例产科病人随机分为三组,丙泊酚组、依托咪酯1组和依托咪酯2组,采用丙泊酚或依托咪酯静脉给药行产科无痛人流术。结果：依托咪酯加上氟派啶醇后,恶心呕吐明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论：依托咪酯可以安全有效地用于产科无痛人流术,而且加用氟派啶醇后其不良反应得到改善,提高了依托咪酯的安全性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe and assess the feasibility,security and availability of application of etomidate to painless artifical abortion. Methods： 90 obstetrical patients were randomly divided into 3 groups（ Propofo group,Etomidate group 1 and Etomidate group 2）,with intravenous anesthesia of propofol or etomidate for induced abortion. Results： Etomidate in combination with haloperidol significantly reduced occurrence of nausea and vomit（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Etomidate can be applied to induced abortion,safely and effectively,with adverse effects much relieved in combination with haloperidol. |
