| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨角膜类脂环与蒙汉族之间的关系。方法：随机抽取门诊患者蒙族、汉族共610人,蒙族387人,汉族223人,采用裂隙灯显微镜观察角膜类脂环发生及程度。结果：蒙族角膜类脂环发病率明显高于汉族。结论：蒙族角膜类脂环发病率高与其饮食和生活习惯有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relation between the central corneal ring of lipid and Mongol nationality and Han nationality. Methods： 610 outpatients of both Mongol and Han nationality were selected at random（ 387 Mongolians and 223 Hans） to observe the development and progression of the central corneal ring of lipid with slit lamp. Results： The incidence rate of central corneal ring of lipid in Mongol nationality was significantly higher than that in Han nationality. Conclusion： The high incidence rate of central corneal ring of lipid in Mongol nationality is closely related to dietary habits and customs of Mongolians. |
