摘 要: | 目的:探讨氯氰菊酯对小鼠小脑组织氧化应激的影响。方法:将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为氯氰菊酯( cypermethrin,CYP)5 mg/kg组、10 mg/kg组、20 mg/kg组及双蒸水对照组,连续3周经口灌胃染毒后观察鼠小脑脏器系数,同时检测鼠小脑组织丙二醛( Malonaldehyde,MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( Glutathione PeroXidase,GSH-PX)、总超氧化物歧化酶( Total SuperoXide Dismutase,T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶( Catalase,CAT)活性。结果:各剂量染毒组小鼠小脑脏器系数与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义( P 〈0.05);各剂量染毒组小鼠小脑组织MDA含量升高,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义( P 〈0.05);各剂量染毒组小鼠小脑组织GSH-PX、T-SOD、CAT活性降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义( P 〈0.05)。结论:氯氰菊酯可以引起小鼠小脑组织的氧化损伤。

Abstract: | ObjectiVe:To eXplore the effects of cypermethrin on oXidatiVe stress of cerebellar tissues in male mice. Meth-ods:A total of 40 Kunming mice were randomly diVided into four groups:namely,the cypermethrin( CYP)5 mg/kg group,the CYP 10 mg/kg group,the CYP 20 mg/kg group and the control group,with different doses of CYP administered to mice by ga-Vage consecutiVely for three weeks( once daily). Three weeks after the administration,the cerebellum Viscera indeX was ob-serVed,the content of malondialdehyde( MDA)was determined,and the actiVities of glutathione peroXidase( Gsh-pX),total superoXide dismutase( T-SOD)and catalase( CAT)in mice brains were measured. ResuIts:There was a significant difference in the cerebellum Viscera indeX between Various CYP dose groups and the control group( P〈0. 05). There was an increase in the content of MDA in all CYP group of different doses( P〈0. 05). There was an decrease in the actiVities of GSH-PX,T-SOD and CAT in all the groups of different doses( P〈0. 05). ConcIusion:Cypermethrin can bring about the oXidatiVe damage of cerebellar tissue in mice. |
